Getting started
How long does it take to set up?
Five to ten minutes. You'll add the kids, your first few actions, and one or two rewards. The kiosk takes another minute or two if you want it on a tablet.
Do my kids need accounts?
No. Kids interact through the parent-locked kiosk. Only parents have logins.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The full app is mobile-first. The kiosk view is sized for tablets, but works on phones too.
How it works
What's the difference between an action and a reward?
Actions earn points. Rewards spend them. You set both up — actions are the habits worth celebrating, rewards are what kids can spend their points on.
Can two parents share one family?
Yes. Invite a co-parent from Settings. Both parents can award actions, edit settings, and see the same family ledger.
What if we have a 5-year-old and a 13-year-old?
Each kid has their own action and reward menus. With Power-ups, weighted age tiers let the same action be worth different points based on age — fairness without complicated bookkeeping.
Pricing & plans
Is there really a free version?
Yes — no card, no trial countdown. Up to 20 actions, 10 rewards, the kiosk, multi-parent invites, and the in-app weekly digest.
What's in Power-ups?
Streaks, kiosk themes, weighted age tiers, bulk apply on edits, weekly digest by email, custom avatars, and higher action and reward limits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel inside the app — your data stays, and you drop back to the Free tier when the period you've paid for ends.
Privacy & data
Where is my family's data stored?
On Supabase, in US-region servers. Encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell, share, or analyze your family's habits for any purpose other than running the product.
Can I export my data?
Export is on the near-term roadmap. If you need data out today, email us.
What if I delete my account?
Your family's data is permanently removed. Backups roll off within 30 days.
